View your Notifications

Your Notifications page contains all your Case IQ notifications in a grid. Navigate to your Notifications page by either:

  • Clicking the top bar bell icon (), then selecting "View All".

  • Clicking the top bar profile icon (), then selecting "Notifications".

You will now see the Notifications page with all messages sent to your account.

You can use the Notifications grid filters to narrow down and sort your messages. For example, you can use the "Received" filter to sort your messages by the date. To see only unread messages, add the "Viewed" filter to the grid and filter for "No". See details on filtering grids in Configure a Grid.

Delete

Delete Notifications?

You cannot delete notifications in Case IQ. To clear the number on the notification icon, click Mark all as read.
