View the Integration Log
The Integration Log page records the status of all integrations, or activities involving the transfer or update of a significant amount of Case IQ data. You can use the integration log to monitor successful and failed system configuration exports and data purges. Navigate to the Integration Log page by selecting the “Integration Log” option on the System tab.
The status of the following integration events can be reviewed on the integration log:
- Calculate Usage Statistics
- Configuration Export
- Configuration Import
- Data Export
- Data Import
- Database Migration
- Grid Export
- HR Integration
- Purge
- Registration Import
- Schedule for Purge
Click a row to see more details on the integration. In the example below, the Integration Log Details page for the latest configuration import shows that the translations, filters, teams, and custom forms configurations were imported successfully but there was an error when importing user role permissions.
