Set up a Twilio Integration
If your business has a Twilio account, you can connect your Twilio account with Case IQ, so that the system can send your users SMS notifications. To connect your Twilio account:
- Go to Settings > System > System > Options.
- On the Options page, set “twilioEnabled” to “Yes”.
- Check your parameters on www.twilio.com/console. This page will contain the values to enter in the following fields on the Case IQ Options page:
- twilioAccountSid.
- twilioAuthToken.
- twilioPhoneNumber.
- Click the Save button on the Case IQ Options page to complete setting up your Twilio integration.
