Manage Cases in your Watchlist and Lists
You can organize cases in Case IQ by adding them to lists or your watchlist (previously called "bookmarks"). When you put a case on your watchlist, you will see it on your home view, so you can quickly access it as soon as you log in to Case IQ (see Case IQ Home View for details). You can also filter the Cases grid to only see cases on a list or your watchlist, so you can easily find cases that require your attention (see Cases Grid Page).
Adding Cases to Lists and Creating Lists
You can add cases to a list in bulk or one at a time. You will be able to create a new list using either of the following methods.
Add Multiple Cases to a List
1. Click one or more row checkboxes in the Cases grid.

2. Click the Add to Lists button in the grid header.

3. In the "Add to Lists" pop-up, you can select or create a list for the cases. To add the cases to an existing list, search for and select a list, then click the Apply button. To add a new list for the cases, click the Create New List button instead.

4. Enter a name for your list in the "Name" field and click the Save button.

5. Your new list will now appear in the "Add to Lists" pop-up search results. Select the list, then click Apply.

Add One Case to a List
1. Click the ellipses (...) button in a row on the Cases grid. Then, select the "Lists" option.

2. To add the case to an existing list, select one of the lists in the row dropdown menu, then click the Apply button. Otherwise, click Create a New List instead.
3. In the "Create New List" pop-up, enter a name for the list, then click Save.

4. Select your new list in the row dropdown menu and click Apply.

Add Cases to your Watchlist
You can add cases to your watchlist by clicking the star icon on either the Cases grid or a case's page.

Manage Lists and Watchlist
To manage your lists and watchlist, navigate to the Lists page by clicking the Profile (
) icon in the topbar, then selecting "Lists" in the dropdown menu.

In the Lists grid, click the list you want to view or edit.

On a list's page you can:
- View all list cases on a grid (see Cases Grid Page for Cases grid features).
- Click the Edit button to update the list's name.
- Click the Delete button to remove the list.
- Deleting a list has no impact on case data, but the list will no longer appear as an option on the “Add to Lists” pop-up on the Cases grid.
- Remove cases from the list using one of the following methods:
- Select one or more cases in the grid and click the Remove from list button in the grid options.
- Click the ellipses (...) button, then select "Remove from list".

Similar to a list's page, on your watchlist page you can:
- View all watchlist cases on a grid (see Cases Grid Page for Case grid features).
- Click the Delete button to remove all cases from your watchlist. The watchlist will not be deleted and you can still add cases to your watchlist.
- Remove cases from your watchlist using one of the following methods:
- Select one or more cases in the grid and click the Remove from list button in the grid options.
- Click the ellipses (...) button, then select "Remove from list".
