Mark a Case as Confidential
Setting a case as “confidential” means that the case record can only be viewed by users who have permissions to access confidential cases. To set a case as confidential:
- On a case's page, Click the Options () button.
- Click the “Mark Confidential” option.
- The “Confidential” flag will appear beside the case number.
To unmark the case as confidential and remove the flag, select the “Unmark Confidential” option in the options menu.
