Case IQ Home View

You will see the Home view when you first log in to Case IQ, which summarizes any current tasks to complete in the application. The Home view shows the following sections, so you can quickly navigate to cases or records of interest: (1) “My Pending To-Dos”, (2) “My Appointments”, and (3) “Bookmarks”. Each section shows up to 5 records at a time.

The “My Pending To-Dos” and “My Appointments” sections contain links to navigate directly to each record or view all records of the respective record type (see To-Dos Overview and Appointments Overview). For example, you can click:

  1. A to-do or appointment row to load a preview of the to-do or appointment record in a pop-up. 
  2. The View All button to load the To-Dos grid or Calendar page.
  3. The new tab icon () in a to-do or appointment record row to load the to-do’s or appointment's page in a new browser tab.

The “Bookmarks” section (previously called "Favorites") is a grid containing the cases that you have bookmarked using the Star icon on the Cases grid. Click a case row to load the case’s page (see A Case's Page).
