Set up a Twilio Integration

If your business has a Twilio account, you can connect your Twilio account with Case IQ, so that the system can send your users SMS notifications. To connect your Twilio account:

  1. Go to Settings > System > System > Options.
  2. On the Options page, set “twilioEnabled” to “Yes”. 
  3. Check your parameters on www.twilio.com/console. This page will contain the values to enter in the following fields on the Case IQ Options page:
    1. twilioAccountSid.
    2. twilioAuthToken.
    3. twilioPhoneNumber.
  4. Click the Save button on the Case IQ Options page to complete setting up your Twilio integration.
